NOTE about import fees!
When you want to send me a dol head from a country that is located outside of the EU, there will be a chance that I have to pay for import fees at arrival of the package. This happens when the package is marked as a 'high value'. Unfortunately it doesn't always help if you mark the package as a gift.
If you send me a package marked as 'high value' from the USA there will be a risk of unwanted import fees.I know it's unfortunate, but if this happens, these import fees will be for the client.

Insured shipping outside the Netherlands:
Outside the Netherlands it's only possible to make use of 'International Plus' shipping because of
the doll's weight and size of the box. This option is insured and with tracking number.

♥ Planning the face-up:
For the face-up planning I will send you a list with questions.
These will guide me through the process. Please answer these questions thoroughly.
It will help me. If I get vague answers I might misunderstand what you mean. That way I won't be
responsible for unsatisfying face-ups.
If possible, I prefer photographic reference before I start working on your request.
For face-ups I will need a clear photo for color schemes and shapes of eyebrow/eyelashes in case
you can't describe it in words.
Please, try to send me photos in which I can see as much face as possible.
Clear photos are better then photos in which a doll is pretty, but I can't see the details from.
Tell me what kind of attitude you plan for your doll :)

♥ After the face-up:
I will send you a couple of photos to show you what it looks like.
If you are happy with it, I will send it back as soon as possible.

♥ When things won't work out:
I will re-do your face-up once for an additional fee (€15) on top of the normal face-up fee if you are not satisfied with the result. But if I followed your directions, and you were unclear, or suddenly have changed your ideas for this face-up, then I will only redo it for the price of a new face-up.

If you still don't agree with the work after the second face-up, I will clean the head and send it back (though shipping charge is for the client).

♥ Planning time:
When the doll(parts) arrive, I will work on them as fast as possible. For face-ups it will take two
weeks max before I send them back to you. It may occur that a commission takes more then two weeks, depending on the number of things you want me to do, or in some cases the weather.
In that case I can give you an estimate of the waiting period.

The dolls will be received in a smoke free house.
